Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 16th November 2024 (2pm to 3.30pm) to be held at Brooklands Middle School, Brooklands Drive, Leighton Buzzard LU7 3PF.

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 40% donation to NCT.

The following registration add-ons are available:

For selling and volunteering for FOUR shifts at our sale you will receive 80% of the sale price and the
NCT 20%, which is retained as a donation to the charity to continue to work within the local area,
offering support and friendship to parents.

For each shift a seller volunteers at a 5% reduction will be taken from NCT’s comission. For example,
for selling and volunteering at three shifts at the sale you will receive 75% of the sale price, for two
shifts you will receive 70% and for one shift you will receive 65%. We ask all sellers to help for the
final shift, if this is not possible please let us know.

For our November sale we have introduced two additional shifts to help us load and unload at our
storage. This might help sellers who want to help but can’t make it to the sale. There will be limited
spaces for these shifts.

Our shift timings are:

FRIDAY

*NEW SHIFT 0 17:00 - 18:00 @ Stewkley Storage loading equipment

SHIFT 1 18:30 - 20:30

SATURDAY

SHIFT 2 10:30 - 12:30

SHIFT 3 13:30 - 15:30

SHIFT 4 15:15 - 17:00 This is a COMPULSORY shift for ALL sellers on the day

*NEW SHIFT 5 17:15 - 18:15 @ Stewkley Store unloading equipment

All Sellers can go along to the Pre-Sale, which is at 12:45pm -13:30pm, to pick up a bargain before
the doors open to the general public.

The cost of registering is £5.00 per seller, which is non-refundable if you subsequently decide to
cancelyour place at the sale.

Tickets will be emailed for you to complete using our new simple excel template to print at home
(printing
and hand writing is fine too). If you are not able to print we can send post labels for additonal £2.

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email that explains what to do and how
the process works.

Shortly after you have completed your registration you will be emailed with confirmation of your seller
number.
