Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 17th November 2024 (11.30am to 1.30pm) to be held at The Three Trees Academies, High Street, Woodville, Swadlincote DE11 7EA.
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
Spend your day volunteering with us and get a reduction on your commission!
If you have sold with us previously, please check your email inbox (and junk mail) for a registration link
as this will contain your previous registration details including your BACS information and will make registration
much quicker for you. Please note that you will be allocated a different seller number than you have had previously
and this cannot be changed.
If you are new to selling then please register to sell entering your personal contact details. Once submitted you will
receive an email from NCT No Reply. Please open this email and complete registration, including paying the seller
fee, after which you will be emailed your registration details and seller number.
*** We are using a BRAND NEW labelling system for this sale through a website called GoBarcodes. We will NO
LONGER be using our previous label template therefore if you have previously sold with us and are returning with
your previously labelled unsold items then you will need to discard these labels ***
One you have completed your registration and received your seller number, you will receive a separate email with
full details of how to login to https://gobarcodes.net/ in order to join our sale and start creating all of your labels. We
are using this brand new system as it creates barcodes on each printed label (no more handwritten labels!) which
we simply scan at the tills - much like shopping in Aldi!
The beauty of this system, is that you can login again after the sale and you will get a report of all the items you
have sold! More information will be emailed to you after seller registration.
Our sales could not continue without the help of our fabulous volunteers, many of whom are also sellers. As we are
hosting our sale at a brand new venue and with limited clothes rails needed, we are looking for a small selection of
volunteers for the full day only please. You would need to be available between 8:30am and 4pm on Sunday 17th
November.
In return for volunteering your time, you will be able to shop in our pre-sale before any other shoppers and if you are
also selling then your commission will reduce to 20%. You can register to volunteer at the same time as registering
to become a seller.
All sellers will be required to bring their labelled items to Three Trees Academies School, Woodville between
9:15am-10:15am and collect between 3pm and 3:30pm. A one-way system for access to car parking at the school
will be in place and this will be sent to you in the week prior to the sale. We are NOT accepting donations at this
sale.
