Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 7th September 2024 (9.30am to 11am) to be held at Victoria Halls, Sinclair Street, Helensburgh G84 8TU.

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £10.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 15%.

The following registration add-ons are available:

REGISTRATION
• Registration costs £10. This includes a £6.00 non-refundable deposit and a £4.00 deposit which will
be returned after the sale once all boxes/unsold items have been collected.


COMMISSION
• Sellers receive 70% of the sale price and the NCT takes 30% commission from all items sold. The money
raised goes towards supporting NCT at a local and national level.

VOLUNTEERS
• If sellers volunteer to help for two (2) shifts at the sale (Friday and one shift on Saturday OR all day on Saturday),
then NCT takes only 15% commission from
all items sold. This will be adjusted manually after the sale is over.
• High value items: The max NCT share is £15 (ie share is capped on prices over £50)


INSTRUCTIONS / LABELS
• Each registration pack includes 72 labels and will be sent or delivered shortly after registration.
• If you require more labels, these can be purchased for £1.50 per sheet (24 labels per sheet).

SELLERS AGREE TO LEAVE THEIR ITEMS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS**

DROP OFF
• FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th, between 4.00 – 5.45 pm ONLY.
• Items must be in CARDBOARD BOXES with your seller number clearly listed (carrier bags/open
crates/tupperware boxes etc are NOT accepted).
• Large items like prams or cots do not have to be in boxes - please include instructions.

COLLECTION
• ALL Empty boxes/unsold items are to be collected on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th between 12.30 - 12.50
pm. PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY.
• Small unsold items can be donated to local charities on the seller's behalf (but *PLEASE NOTE* empty
boxes still need to be collected by the seller). We can NOT take large unsold items to the charity shops.

DEPOSIT
• Sellers or a nominated person need to sign out and collect their boxes/unsold items in order to have their
deposit (£4) returned. This applies to ALL sellers including those donating their items to charity as empty boxes
still need to be taken away as they cannot be disposed of onsite. Thank you for your understanding.


PROCEEDS
• Proceeds are now paid by BACS transfer within FOUR weeks of the sale. Cheques, if preferred, or if BACS
details are not provided, are issued by NCT headquarters and may take a bit longer.
