Join us for a morning walk round the park, and have a chat with other mums and mums-to-be in Bristol!
This 1 hour walk and talk is geared more towards pregnant women, mothers with newborns and partners (or little
ones that aren't yet walking!). This means the focus is on mum and her
opportunity to be active with other likeminded women, outside in the fresh air!
The park is great for prams/push chairs as well as for those who prefer carrying their tiny babies.
Eastville Park has toilets and a small car park which is really handy (and sometimes a small coffee truck.. so we'll
try our luck here!)
We'll meet at the park entrance right behind the car park at 10am- don't worry, we won't set off without you!
Look out for our volunteer in either an NCT high-Vis or a Purple NCT t-shirt.
