Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 12th October 2024 (12.30pm to 2pm) to be held at King's House, Ampthill Road, (near Morrison's), Bedford MK42 9AZ.

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £6.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

The following registration add-ons are available:

Extra 50 tickets An additional 50 labels will be added to your seller pack so you can sell 50 more items £4.00
Extra 100 tickets An additional 100 labels will be added to your seller pack so you can sell 100 more items or small bundles £6.00
Scan of ticket stubs Receive an email containing a scanned photo of all your sold item ticket stubs £0.00
Seller Keeping Number Sellers who have already confirmed they wish to keep their seller number from the last sale £0.00

** The cost of registering to be a Seller is £6.00 which includes 100 tickets **

For your registration fee of £6.00 you will receive 100 tickets to label your
items/bundles.
If you want to sell more, it's an additional £4.00 for 50 extra tickets, or an additional
£6.00 for an extra 100 tickets, maximum 200 tickets per seller number please.


Shortly after you have completed your registration you will receive an email with a
link to our Sellers Pack with important information about the sale (e.g. what can and
can’t be presented for sale, drop off times, how to complete the two part tickets etc.).
Please read it, even if you have sold at our sale before, as we are always trying to
clarify information and improve our sales.

Sellers are limited to a maximum of 200 items/labels in total, so use your labels
wisely and sell the best you have, after all it is a Nearly New sale! If possible please
vary your items, for example 50 items of clothing, 20 nursery items and 30 books
and toys etc. If you require more than 200 labels please re-register for a further
seller number (this
will be monitored to make sure it is adhered to, and is subject to availability of seller
numbers).

Your labels and seller information will be sent out in the post within 10 days of your
registration.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If
you are able to join our amazing team of volunteers to help with set up or on sale
day this can be reduced to 25% or 20% depending on hours spent volunteering.

This is a Seasonal sale - think warm and waterproof for Autumn and Winter - boots,
wellies, coats, puddle suits, and parties - not forgetting our Hallowe'en and
Christmas section, and school uniform. WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR AGE RANGE
EVEN FURTHER FROM NEWBORN TO 14 YEARS....! It's not just about the
clothes though -
pushchairs, cosy toes, blankets, high chairs, spares for Grandparents' houses,
bikes, scooters, cots, travel cots, books - pretty much everything nursery, maternity,
baby, toddler and child - See seller pack for full details.

PLEASE NOTE ALL UNSOLD ITEMS MUST BE COLLECTED AT THE END OF
SALE DAY (unless labels have been completed in Red Pen - see Seller Pack) WE
ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER THE "DONATE ALL" OPTION. Failing to
collect your unsold items at the end of sale day, without good reason, will result in
your commission increasing to 50% of your sale proceeds. (If you can't make the
pick up time, organise someone to pick your unsold items up on your behalf, they'll
be back in your numbered boxes and ready to be picked up and signed out.)

Please have your bank details ready and check your email (including your spam
folder) for
further emails required to complete your registration and receive your seller number.

Volunteering

Please help the sale by volunteering - either on Friday evening set up, or various
shifts available on sale day (Saturday) (or both)!
We cannot run our sale without our wonderful helpers – plus you get to enjoy the
atmosphere and see how it all works. The more volunteers we have, the more
sellers we can have - volunteers also get the first chance to see what's up for sale,
oh - and did we mention cake?!
