This month our topic is maternal mental health.

"Maternal mental health refers to a mother's emotional and mental wellbeing during pregnancy and up to two years
after birth. Maternal mental health issues are thought to affect
almost 1 in 5 women in the UK. Whilst becoming a parent will bring about many changes and challenges, it is
important to be able to spot the signs
and symptoms of poor maternal mental health verses just a few hard days. Dr Puja Patel and Dr Ravi Gill both
Psychologists, will provide a short talk on
spotting signs and symptoms and what you can do to boost your mood during those postpartum months. There will
also be some time to ask questions in a
safe space."

Please click the link below to book - before 12th Oct if possible so we know if the event is viable.. We are asking
for
£1.50 to help
cover the cost of the hall hire. If you cannot make it please let us know beforehand if possible and tell us if you would
like your £1.50 refunded.
Unless we hear otherwise we will put it towards the cost of the Hall.
