Thank you for your interest in helping at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 5th November 2023 (1pm to 3pm) to be held at Badger Farm Community Centre, 2 Badger Farm Rd, Winchester SO22 4QB.
You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

| Sale and clear up | Sunday 5th November 2023 (Sale Day) | 12:00 to 17:00 | Your assigned role is for the sale itself (12:45-15:00). After the sale unsold items will need to be sorted ready for sellers to collect. Then there will be a general clear up of the venue. Roles are subject to change, based on need as we go through the sale day. | 12 helpers still required |
| Laptop loan | Sunday 5th November 2023 (Sale Day) | 12:00 to 17:00 | Are you able to lend us your laptop for use at the till point? Windows laptops with Excel installed if possible please. Please note that we are only able to offer reduced seller commission rates to in-person helpers. |
We have two volunteering sessions available on the day of the sale, with an overlap in the middle so that
everyone has access to our volunteers' pre-sale shop and refreshments.
A range of roles will be available during each session and we will try to accommodate any preferences
where possible.

If you are also selling at our sale, volunteering will entitle you to the following reduced commission rates
on items sold (please note this only applies to in-person helper sessions, not laptop loan):
Standard rate: 30%
One volunteering session: 25%
Both volunteering sessions: 15%
