Thank you for your interest in helping at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 15th October 2023 (10am to 12 noon) to be held at Brentwood School Sports Centre CM15 8EE.
You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

Please let us know if you are pregnant or have any health conditions that mean they restrict you from lifting, so
we can give you a suitable role.
Please do not bring children with you when volunteering as we cannot be responsible for them in such a busy
environment.
Please arrive at the start of your volunteer slot. If you arrive at the hall before that time, please wait in your car
until your start time so we can finish any arrangements to be in place before your slot.
For sellers who register & volunteer to help in the Sunday all day slots (hall or finance room), the donation to the
NCT will be reduced to 20% of sales proceeds (rather than 25%). Volunteers must register in advance of the sale
for this slot and sign in and out with the Volunteers Coordinator on the day to qualify.
To reward you for your help, volunteers are entitled to shop before the sale in a limited pre-sale period on the
Sunday morning (usually around 9am)
If you are unexpectedly unable to volunteer at the sale, having register to please let us know by email
NNS.Brentwood@NCT.org.uk. Volunteers not showing up for their chosen slot (without informing us) risk not
being able to sell at future sales.
