Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 5th November 2023 (1pm to 3pm) to be held at Badger Farm Community Centre, 2 Badger Farm Rd, Winchester SO22 4QB.
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 15%.

Our standard seller registration of £3.00 enables you to sell up to 100 items. You can also purchase
additional packs for £3.00, each of which enables you to sell a further 100 items.

Following the success of our previous sale in June, we are continuing with the popular "ticketed / sorted"
sale format, which is unique to NCT and is briefly described as follows:
- After registration, sellers receive a personalised spreadsheet, which allows them to create unique labels
for their items.
- Sellers pre-label their items and drop them off to us on the morning of the sale.
- Items are then sorted into categories, so that buyers can shop in a more organised way and make one
payment at the tills. The labels automatically identify the seller of each item sold.
- After the sale, unsold items are re-sorted for sellers to collect at the end of the day.
- Payments will be made to sellers according to which of their items have sold, minus a percentage
donation to the NCT.
At our sales you may sell maternity goods, parenting goods, baby and children’s clothes, toys, books

If you're able to help us out with running the sale, this will entitle you to reduced commission rates on items
sold. We have morning and afternoon volunteering sessions available and the following commission rates
will apply:
Standard rate: 30%
One volunteering session: 25%
Both volunteering sessions: 15%
