Thank you for your interest in helping at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 11th March 2023 (2pm to 4pm) to be held at Impington Village College, New Road, Impington, Cambridge CB24 9LX.
You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

| Morning Setup | Saturday 11th March 2023 (Sale Day) | 08:15 to 11:00 | The volunteer will help with the setup of the sale. They then have their chance to shop at 1pm. | |
| Afternoon | Saturday 11th March 2023 (Sale Day) | 13:45 to 17:30 | This session starts with the volunteer having their chance to shop at 12:30. Then they help with the running of the sale (usually on the tills). Then they help with the clearing down of the sale. |
Without volunteers our sale cannot run. We need lots of volunteers during the whole day of the sale.
Morning volunteers help with the setting up of our sale. This involves putting sellers' items out for display. It may
involve some assembling of clothes rails.
Afternoon volunteers help with the running of the sale. This part of their session will usually involve working on our tills
in pairs. Then once the sale has closed they need to help with clearing down the sale. This involves collecting each
seller's items together ready for return to them. Some help will be required taking down the clothes rails.
For this sale we are introducing an all day helper session. This will suit people who have volunteered with us before.
They will take part in both of the morning and afternoon session. They will also get a chance (if they want) to eat pizza
with us at lunchtime. Just bring along £5.
