PHOTOSHOOT INFORMATION
* £15 includes approx 5 minute photo session, and 5 digital images.
* Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your time slot. We will endeavour to run as close to published timings
as possible. If you arrive late you may have to wait until the end of the session.
* CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - If you cancel your space more that 48 hours before the event, we will do
everything we can to resell the space - refunds will ONLY be issued if the space is successfully filled. NO
REFUNDS will be given for for cancellations with less than 48hours notice.

GROUP INFORMATION
* Bumps and Babies is a FREE parent support group for new and expectant parents. It is an informal group
where you can meet other new parents and chat about the highs (and lows) of parenthood.
* The playgroup is suitable for expecting parents and parents/carers with babies up to crawling. It is located at
The Morgan Centre in Crowthorne and runs from 10.15 - 11.45am.
* Parents/Carers can enjoy complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits.
* We have a number of wipeable mats that we will use to set out spaces. Please bring a blanket or soft mat to
put on top of this for baby to lie on.
* You do not need to be a member of NCT or have been on an NCT course to attend. EVERYONE IS
WELCOME.

GROUP COSTS
* The NCT is a charity - we rely on local grants, fundraising and donations to run Bumps and Babies. Our venue
costs are over £25 per week, before the cost of drinks/snacks. Your contributions towards running cost help keep
the group running and can be made at the group (no change can be given) or by selecting a DONATION ticket
when booking.

COVID RESTRICTIONS
* The legal requirement to socially distance has been removed but it's still important to consider the risks of close
contact with others. Not everyone is vaccinated against COVID and some people may feel anxious or be in a
high-risk group. We will be limiting numbers to make sure there is enough space for attendees to be 2m apart if
they choose.
* Refreshments must not be shared. Tea/coffee/biscuits will be served by volunteers, please do not help yourself.

INFANT FEEDING SUPPORT
* It does not matter how you feed your baby - breasts and bottles are welcome. Feeding peer support will
usually be available at this group. Please email crowthorne@nct.org.uk if know you would like to speak to
someone and we will make sure we have someone available to help you.
