Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 3rd September 2022 (11am to 12.30pm) to be held at Portlethen Academy, Bruntland Road, Porthlethen AB12 4QL.

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT.

Please note this sale is in PORTLETHEN on Saturday 3rd September. You will need to drop off your sale
goods on the Friday night and pick up unsold goods (unless opting to donate unsold goods to charity) on
the Saturday afternoon, if you cannot pick up your unsold goods please opt to either donate them to charity
or ask a friend to collect.



The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00, the automated registration email you receive contains a link
to your personalised seller number and details of how to create your labels. If you have sold with us before
please double check your seller number for this sale.....



Age 0-2 years clothes - we are always overwhelmed in this age bracket. We ask that you bring a maximum
of 40 sale items in this clothing age bracket (including bundles) to help us manage the sale.
We also recommend only including items up to age 10.


Also to assist on sale day we request your pricing is now in multiples of 50p increments eg £0.50, £1,
£1.50, £2



Items sold on the day are subject to a 25% commission, every penny of which is put back into the NCT to
continue their work as the UK's largest parenting charity. It's a brilliant way to recycle pre-loved goods
passing them on to those that need them.

**You will only be registered to sell when you have filled in the link on the email that is sent to you and you
are prompted to pay for your spot**



Once registered we will send you a link to our new website where you will create your own labels. You
must use this website to create your labels and print them as we use a barcode scanning system at the
tills.

Post sale payments are made within 2-3 weeks of the sale to allow time for our volunteers to number
crunch and for any queries to be resolved, the payments are made by the NCT HQ central banking
system and volunteers are unable to make payments outwith this system. Please note that our label
website is not instantly updated on sale day with sold items, it is done by volunteers post sale usually
within a week.




Our sales are 100% powered by volunteers and everyone is very welcome to join us!
