Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 12th March 2022 (0am to 0am) to be held at Mold Leisure Centre, Wrexham Road, Mold CH7 1HT.

It is free to register to be a Seller.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 20%.

Donations help to support the work the charity does both
locally and nationally. If you volunteer to help at the sale
then your commission will be reduced to 20%. Sellers who do
not volunteer will pay a commission of 30%.

You are invited to sell babies and children’s clothes (up to
end of primary/age 12), toys, books, games, DVDs
and CDs, nursery furnishings, bedding and equipment,
maternity wear, maternity equipment, pregnancy
and child rearing books and prams, pushchairs and buggies.
The sale will take place at Mold Leisure Centre on Saturday
12th March 2022.

Nearly New Sale items MUST be of GOOD QUALITY, clean,
safe and fit for purpose. To ensure that the
volunteer team do not have to deal with complaints about
quality (items incomplete, unfit for purpose, missing
parts, clothes with stains/damage) please be certain the
items you wish to sell fit into the "Nearly New"
category.
Quality checks are carried out before the sale and items not
fit for sale will be returned to your box before the
sale opens.

This is a ‘sorted’ ticketed sale, not a table top sale. This
means that items are ticketed by the seller beforehand
(we email you the tickets for you to print) and then goods are
sorted in to categories by our volunteers. All
clothing is sorted in to age order, and similar toys and
equipment are grouped together like a pop-up shop. You
do not need to be at the sale to sell your items, but if you can
volunteer we would be very grateful, plus it is lots
of fun!
Volunteers also get to shop at the sale before we open, so
bag the best bargains!

KEY POINTS:

*Clothing must be on hangers to be displayed on rails. Vests
and sleepsuits may be neatly bundled to be
displayed on tables.
*The two part tickets must be securely attached in one piece
without covering the right hand side (so that this
can be easily removed at the tills)
*Please check the banned items list in the Nearly New Sale
principles on the website.
*Items must be in good clean condition, complete & in
working order.

Volunteers benefit from reduced commission. Shifts are:

Set up 9am-1pm : putting up the rails, moving tables, putting
out sellers items.

Sale & clear up 12pm - 4pm : keeping the sale tidy, helping
buyers, manning the tills and doors, tidying up,
returning any unsold items to the seller boxes, taking down
rails, returning tables.

All day : why not stay to help all day? Lunch is provided.

Volunteers are also able to shop at the sale before it opens
to the public. The sale is run entirely by volunteers
and we really could not do it without your help.

Items must be dropped off at Mold Leisure Centre on the
morning of the sale, between 8.30am and 10am, and
any unsold items collected after the sale at 3.30pm.
UNSOLD ITEMS MUST BE COLLECTED.

Seller tickets will be emailed to you in due course.

Our sales give you a fantastic chance to buy and sell good as
new toys, equipment and clothes for babies,
children and maternity.

Registration has now closed.
