Thank you for your interest in helping at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 12^th March 2022 (9am to 10pm) to be held at Priory School, Bedford Road, Hitchin SG5 2UR.

You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

Thank you so much for registering to volunteer at our Nearly New Sale on Saturay 12th March, we are very
grateful. In a change from previous years, this sale will be in the afternoon, and so set up will be on Saturday morning.

Tasks for set up and during the sale include the following:

Unpacking, sorting clothes and equipment
Large items, signage, manning tills, doors and helping shoppers
After the sale repacking and sorting, ticket counting and checking

Please note the following important information when registering to volunteer:
- Advise of any disabilities/injuries that prevent you from taking part in certain activities
- Advise us if you are pregnant and how far along
- Let us know if prefer a certain type of job or have never volunteered before;

- Babes in arms are permitted (please let us know if you plan on bringing a baby) HOWEVER CHILDREN UNDER 11
years old are NOT permitted during set up on Saturday morning (9.30-12.00hrs). This is due to it being extremely
busy, with lots of set up taking place, and not being a suitable environment for children. Childen can be present with
you during the sale if neccessary, as we can try to allocate a job that allows, but we often find parents prefer to leave
the children at home for a few hours!

Once set up is complete on Saturday morning (approximately 12.00hrs), there will an opportunity for all volunteers to
shop before the sale is open at 1.30pm.

If you can volunteer during the sale session (13:00 - 16.00hrs), your commission rate is reduced to 25%!
