* Mums and Monsters is a playgroup run by the Crowthorne and Sandhurst NCT - a local branch of the NCT charity, which is self-funded and run by local volunteers.
* The playgroup is suitable for ages 0 to 5 years, and is located within Sandhurst Community Centre at Sandhurst Memorial Park on Friday Mornings (term time only) at 9.45-11.15am.
* Entrance fee is £2.00 per child / 50p additional child, snack time is included and not forgetting the carers who can also enjoy tea/coffee and biscuits. Please email us on crowthorne@nct.org.uk if you have allergies and would like us to provide a suitable alternative for your child.
* Like many other charities, our fundraising has been impacted by COVID - if you are able to make a further contribution towards running costs, a £2 donation can be added by selecting a contribution ticket, or by chosing to donate further down the page.
* Mums, Dads, Nanny/Granddads/Childminders please come along on a Friday morning to chat with other carers while your children enjoy play. If you need more information please message us on crowthorne@nct.org.uk or via our Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/532912960090873
* This is an indoor group. The legal requirement to socially distance has been removed but it's still important to consider the risks of close contact with others. Not everyone is vaccinated against COVID and some people may feel anxious or be in a high-risk group. We will be limiting numbers to make sure there is enough space for attendees to be 2m apart if they choose. There may also be differences in the way refreshments are provided - please bear with our volunteers while we find our feet running the playgroup in as safe a way as possible.
* Due to COVID restrictions, refreshments must not be shared. Tea/coffee/biscuits will be served at the kitchen hatch, please do not help yourself.
* Feeding peer support will usually be available at this group. Please email crowthorne@nct.org.uk if know you would like to speak to someone and we will make sure we have someone available to help you.
* You do not need to be a member of NCT or have been on an NCT course to attend. EVERYONE IS WELCOME.
* If you find you can no longer attend, please email crowthorne@nct.org.uk to let us know. Refunds will only be given if we are able to resell the space.
