The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

After you have completed both parts of your registration you will be emailed with confirmation of your seller number.
This number is subject to change and will be confirmed when your labels are sent, but you do have a guaranteed
place..
By completing registration you are accepting the terms and conditions of our sale as below:
1) I agree to abide by the rules of the NCT Nearly New Sale and acknowledge that although every care will be taken
with the security of my sale goods, the NCT cannot accept responsibility for labels that become detached or for lost
and damaged items. All items are left at the sellers’ risk.
2) I agree to drop off my goods between 09.30 – 10.15hrs on Saturday 27th November so they can be sorted ready for
the sale on Saturday afternoon.
3) I accept that, if any unsold goods are not collected by 6.00pm on SATURDAY 27th November that they will be
disposed of.
4) I understand that this is a nearly new sale and therefore all my sale goods should be in a saleable condition,
labelled and boxed appropriately.
5) I will only use the 60 labels provided for this sale to sell my goods. I understand that any goods labelled under 50p will
be classed as a donation to the branch and I will receive no commission on these. Labels are sent 2/3 weeks before
the sale.
6) I understand that I will receive 70% of the sale profit and accept that the NCT will keep 30% commission*.
Commission will be reduced to 25% for those volunteering during the sale itself on Saturday (1.00 – 4.00pm)
7) That I have carefully read the instructions included with my labels, and checked what can and cannot be sold at the
sale. This information is also available on our website www.nct.org.uk/hertsnorth under ‘Nearly New Sale’. Please note
that this is a TOY sale, but we will also be accepting coats, puddle/snow suits and Christmas clothing.

Please also consider volunteering to help with running the sale. This could be set up on Saturday morning, during the
sale or for the tidy up/counting afterwards. We cannot run the sales without our brilliant volunteers – Remember all
volunteers are entitled to shop before the sale opens on Saturday afternoon, and we also offer reduced
commission of 25% for sellers who volunteer to help during the sale itself on Saturday (1.00 – 4.00pm).
