Here are a few organisational points:Â
The walk will last approximately one hour (we will send an email closer to the date with the exact location for our meet up
point).
The group size has been set in accordance with government restrictions. Please don't invite anyone not signed up as they will
not be allowed to participate.
Please could you sign up to the event so we can store your details for Track and Trace purposes, and to help us manage the
numbers in a COVID - safe way.Â
If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible, as there is a waiting list and someone else can come in
your place.
You are responsible for your child/children at all times. **Amendment to legislation - Children under 5 do not need to have
tickets purchased, but children between 5 and 12 years of age would need to have a ticket purchased and would count
towards the total number of adults that can attend. Because of this, we would ask at this time that children over 5 do not
attend so that we can support as many families as possible. The group cannot be made up of more than 50% adults,
therefore only 1 adult can attend per child, but more than 1 child can attend per adult**
No food or drink will be provided. You may bring your own food and drink but this must not be shared with others.
If you want to play at a play park you do so at your own risk.
Please do not travel for the event if you live outside of Edinburgh area.Â
