The price for an individual booking is £20.00.
The price for a couple booking is £40.00.
The course consists of a single session (2pm to 4.30pm).
We offer a limited number of discounted places at £10.00 to anyone whose total yearly gross household income (as a single parent or combined income as a couple) is under £20,000. These are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please be aware that you will be asked to provide evidence of your entitlement to this reduced rate.
NCT Basingstoke has partnered with a local First Aid Trainer to offer a two and half hour class, tailored with parents,
grandparents and carers of young children in mind via online platform Zoom.
The class covers:
• Choking
• CPR
• Bleeding
• Bumps
• Breaks and Burns
• Febrile Convulsions
• Meningitis Awareness
Teaching online allows participants to gain knowledge and confidence in these first aid techniques, from the comfort of
their own home. There is plenty of time to ask the trainer questions, all within a relaxed atmosphere.
Following the class, you will be sent a course booklet (as a reminder of the first aid topics covered, useful to keep with
a first aid kit in your home) and a meningitis awareness leaflet.
Cancellation policy
Baby First Aid course bookings may be changed or cancelled up to 7 days before the course date for a full refund.
For changes and cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date, refunds will be given at the discretion of
the branch committee.
Participants wishing to change their course date must rebook before refunds can be processed. Cancellations due to
exceptional circumstances will be considered individually at the discretion of the branch committee.
