The North West London branch is delighted to restart outdoor ‘Walk and Talk’ events. Thank you for your interest in
joining us.

Please join us for a short walk in the park starting at 10.30am. Bring a picnic blanket for a socially distanced sit down on
the grass by the south entrance to the walled garden. Due to restrictions on numbers, we can only open this event to 15
people. The new government guidelines now stipulate that children under 5 are exempt from the person limit so you do
not need to register your child's attendance. Please note that if you bring a child over 5 years old, you should also
register their attendance.

If you have any questions, please contact Hester Goodsell on events.nwlondon@nct.org.uk.

Important information - please read:

The safety of everyone attending our walks is our number one priority. Please do not attend the walk if you are shielding,
symptomatic or in a period of self-isolation.

By sharing attendee information with the NHS when requested, we can help identify people who have been exposed to
coronavirus and help trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive. By booking a ticket you agree to your data
being shared with the NHS tracing services if it is specifically requested.

Once you have confirmed your place on the walk you will receive an email containing further information about the walk.
This will include where we are meeting, how to recognise our volunteers and guidance to help keep you and our
volunteers safe.
