Thank you for your interest in joining us for our outdoor walk & talk event at Central Park on Wednesday 11th
November at 10am
Please do not attend the walk If you are shielding, symptomatic or in a period of self-isolation.
Once you have confirmed your place on the walk you will receive an email containing further information
about the walk including the meeting place, how to recognise volunteers and guidance to keep you and our
volunteers safe.

Please carry suitable hand sanitiser (skin sensitive/user safe) for personal use
We kindly ask that you do not handle other people’s babies, toys or belongings – including pushchairs and
strollers or baby carriers during the walk.
Please do not bring food or drink items to share with others during the walk.
Please maintain a minimum 2 metres social distance throughout the duration of the walk. Face masks are
not essential, but you may choose to wear one as an additional precaution.

The safety of everyone attending our groups is our number one priority. Please do not attend the meeting if you have COVID symptoms or are self-isolating.
By sharing attendee information with the NHS and tracing services when requested, we can help identify people who have been exposed to coronavirus and help trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive. By booking a ticket you agree to your data being shared, if it is requested.
