NCT Chelmsford & District First Aid Sessions - For babies (0-1yrs) and children (1-12yrs), 10th October 2020

The price for an individual booking is £22.00.
The price for a couple booking is £40.00.
You may choose between Morning (10am to 12.30pm) or Afternoon (1.30pm to 4pm) sessions.
The NCT Baby First Aid session is a bespoke session that has been developed by NCT in partnership with British Red
Cross.
The session lasts for 2.5 hours and the topics covered include:
* Unresponsive baby and child (breathing and not breathing)
* Choking baby and child
* Bleeding
* Burns
* Raised temperature
* Meningitis
The session is suitable for parents, expectant parents and carers of babies and young children and covers first aid
techniques for babies (0-1yrs) and children (1-12yrs). Please note that babies under 6 months old are able to come
with you, but there are no changing facilities at the venue. We are unable to accept older babies/children and we are
unable to provide crèche facilities.

The session will be held in Chelmsford, CM2 9AB. Full venue details, as well as parking instructions will be sent on
confirmation of your booking.
Important information for your safety re COVID-19. Please read before bookings/attending.
• Please do not attend the course If you are shielding, symptomatic or in a period of self-isolation
• Please wait outside the venue for your trainer.
• Alcohol based hand sanitiser will be provided on arrival.
• Please follow the Covid-19 signage in the venue and maintain social distancing.
• We kindly ask that you do not handle other people’s babies, toys or belongings.
• Please do not bring food or drink items to share with others during the course.

Due to limiting the amount of attendees at the venue, there will be no volunteer(s) from the branch present at the session.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your place 2 - 4 weeks before the session is due to take place, then you will receive
a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before, then unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or transfer to
another session.
