Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Tuesday 1st March 2022 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £6.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT.

The following registration add-ons are available:

The Nearly New Sale will take place at Parker E-Act Academy, Ashby Road, Daventry, NN11 0QF

Our sellers pack includes Seller's guidelines that explains how the sales works, a summary sheet to
complete and 150 labels to fix to your items.

The options

Print your own pack £6.00
This is the default seller pack option. Once you have registered you will receive an automated
confirmation email confirming your seller number and further details about the sale. Shortly after this
your will receive another email containing your pack. You will be able to complete the summary sheet on
your own computer which will automatically fill in your labels. Then simply print out, cut out and apply to
items. Please note: You will need Microsoft Excel and Word compliant software to open the pack.

NCT printed version £10.00
You will need to select this option during registration. This option requires the branch to print out the
sellers pack for you and to post it to the address given at registration. The summary sheet and labels will
then need to be completed by hand. Postage will be Royal Mail Large Letter over 100g.
Once you have registered you will receive an automated confirmation email confirming your seller
number and further details about the sale.

Email return summary sheet £FREE
If you would like us to email you back your summary sheet after your tickets have been checked and
rechecked to save you an envelope and stamp then please select this option. Your summary sheet (a
printed copy is still required for the sale) will be scanned and emailed.

Please note registration is non-refundable, if you subsequently cancel your place at the sale. As soon as
you have received a seller number, you are confirmed as a seller on the day of the sale.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% commission to NCT, which helps us pay
for the event as well as to continue our work locally and nationally to support parents-to-be and new
parents. For more information on what the NCT does, please see the NCT website. Year on
year we aim to lower our costs for running the sale and also to lower the costs to sellers making it a
competitive way of selling preloved items.

Please consider volunteering to help on the day. There are 3 time slots available, each are 3 hrs. We
cannot run our sale without our wonderful helpers - so to express our thanks, all volunteers are entitled to
shop for items before the general public. Sellers that attend 1-time slot are eligible for a £3 refund on
registration fee. Please register if you would like to volunteer. We will not be able to accept volunteers on
the day.

All sellers agree to leave their items at their own risk. Therefore lost items will not be reimbursed. Left
items and lost property will be managed on the day of the sale. Any items not picked up will be donated
to charity.
