You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

Sellers please note, for the purpose of commission calculations you will need to stay and help for at least one hour for this to count as one of your 2 helper sessions. | |
| Saturday morning | Saturday 7th March 2020 (Sale Day) | 08:00 to 13:00 | You will be allocated a role on arrival for the set-up phase, and during the sale. Includes the opportunity to shop at the pre-sale (i.e. before the public are admitted). | |
| Saturday afternoon | Saturday 7th March 2020 (Sale Day) | 13:00 to 16:00 | Includes packing up, and putting away unsold items. | |
| Saturday all day | Saturday 7th March 2020 (Sale Day) | 08:00 to 16:00 | Specific roles will be allocated to helpers on arrival in the morning. Includes setting up and putting out items for the sale, opportunity to shop at pre-sale (i.e. before the public are admitted), allocated roles during the sale, and packing away unsold items after the sale ends. Drinks will be provided, please bring a packed lunch. The commission you pay on any items you have sold will be reduced to 25% when you help all day. |
We are able to accommodate a range of needs so if there is anything you wish us to take into
account when allocating helper roles (e.g. you require a seated role, are pregnant, or will have a young
baby with you) please let us know in the comments section.
Sellers, as an extra incentive for helping - if you help at 2 sessions or more (any combination of Friday
evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon; or all day Saturday) the commission you pay on sold
items will be reduced to 25%!
