Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 8th March 2020.

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.50.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT.

The following registration add-ons are available:

Welcome to registration for Brentwood NCTís Nearly New Sale on 8th March 2020.

Registration will close on 8TH FEBRUARY 2020, or sooner when places sell out!

*** Registration will be open for 1 week for sellers who also wish to volunteer, after this time people
wishing to sell only will be able to register ***

This is to help us get enough volunteers to run our sale efficiently and successfully. If sellers registering
in the first week have not also registered to volunteer by 13th January 2020, their sellers place (& any
additional labels) will be cancelled to enable a volunteer to have them. In this case, you are welcome to
register again as a seller only from 14th January 2020 if there are spaces left.
Please be aware that people registering to volunteer but not showing up risk not being able to sell or
volunteer at future sales.

** Sellers numbers will be issued consecutively as pre the last sale, so your sellers number will most
likely be different to previous sales **

** Shoes should be sold using clothing labels **

Selling information:

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.50, which covers the cost of printing and posting your sellerís
pack. This registration fee and the costs of any additional labels you have purchased are non-

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to
help at the sale for all of Sunday (set-up, the sale & clear-up) and sign in and out on the day, this
donation will be reduced to 20%. To qualify for the reduced rate, you must register for the all day Sunday
session and sign in and out with the committee. Volunteer places for all day Sunday will be limited, so
register soon so you donít miss out on this reduced rate.

Following completion of registration, you will receive:
- An automated confirmation email of your registration within 48 hours. Please ensure that you receive
this. If your registration has not gone through for any reason, we may not be able to offer you a sellerís
place if registration has closed or all the sellerís places have been taken. Sellers places will be offered to
the registered volunteers first.

- A sellerís pack by post which includes all the information you need to sell at our sale and your unique
seller number, as well as 32 clothing labels and 32 non-clothing labels. You should expect to receive this
by around 2 weeks before the sale, so late February.

- Any additional labels that you purchased as add-ons during registration (details below) will be included
with your sellerís pack.

Additional labels:

Additional labels may be ordered before registration closes. These are limited and will be on a first come
first served basis with priority for volunteers.The available add-ons are as follows:

- Clothing labels are restricted to 32 (unless an additional pack of 24 clothing labels is purchased on
registration) as we do not have the rail space to allow sellers to sell more clothes items. These labels
will be coloured. Only labels of the colour for this sale can be used for clothing. SHOES ALSO NEED

- Maternity labels need to be added if you wish to sell maternity clothes at the sale. A sheet of 8
maternity labels will be added to your seller pack if added on registration.

- NonĖclothing labels are unrestricted. You will receive 32 as standard in your sellerís pack (unless you
purchase additional labels at registration). You are free to make up your own at home.

Seller number:

Your unique seller number will be confirmed in the sellerís pack.

so your seller number is likely to change and any labels from previous sales will need updating for your
new seller number***

Payment of sales proceeds:

The proceeds from your sales will be paid by BACS transfer directly into your bank account. All
information is held securely on this site - bank information is not viewable by branch volunteers. BACS
payments are normally sent on the Friday after the sale and arrive in your bank account
on the following Tuesday.


Thank you for offering to volunteer at the event as well. When finished with the Seller Registration,
please continue to our Volunteer Registration section. Our sales are only a success and keep running
because of our wonderful helpers.

To reward you for your help, volunteers are entitled to shop before the sale in a limited pre-sale period
on the Sunday morning. We are in particular need of helpers after the sale to help with sorting unsold
items and clearing up Ė as a result, if you can help for all of Sunday (from set-up through to clear-up) the
NCT donation taken will be reduced from 25% to 20%.

Completion of registration:

You should receive an automated email to confirm your registration within 48 hours. Please check your
emails to ensure that you are correctly registered. If you don't receive any emails from us, please check
your spam folder. If you still do not have an email, please get in touch with the NNS team on
