Parent Space is a place for Mums and Dads of babies up to 12 months to explore different aspects of being a parent with a NCT qualified Postnatal Practitioner. Each session will give support, confidence and practical tips.
Remember when you used to enjoy a long soak in the tub with a glass of wine? Or a lazy afternoon reading your book under a blanket? Having any time for yourself after having a baby can seem like a thing of the past but in this session we will look at the importance of 'me time' and how parents can still have this with children!
