You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

Volunteers who are also sellers will have a reduced commission of only 15%! Therefore you take home
85% of the sales rather than just 70%.
To qualify for the commission discount volunteers must be available for the duration of the Sale Day
from 8:30am until the boxes of leftover goods are packed up for Sellers to collect and volunteers are
released by the NNS Coordinator. (Latest time being 3:30pm though usually closer to 2pm.)
Volunteer day usually flies by quickly. Example timeline below:
Timings for the Sale:
8.00am – Core NNS Coordinators arrive
8.30am – volunteers arrive. Volunteer briefing. Assigned roles/jobs.
8:40am – 9.15am – Sellers drop off
8.30am – 10am - Hall Set up, layout and quality check by volunteers.
10am – Volunteers Break:, free hot drinks and breakfast!
10:20 – 10:50 – Pre-sale for volunteers. !!
10.50am – Tidy and one last quality check
11am – Sale open to members
11.15am – sale opens to non-members.
12.45pm – Sale closes/ DOORS CLOSE
12.45pm – 2pm. Additional volunteers sale. Clear down of sale, place all sellers items in hall.
1 pm – Pizzas & other items arrive for volunteer lunch.
**As soon as seller boxes packed and verified volunteers can leave when released by NNS coordinator
(those who are sellers can take their own boxes rather than waiting).**
2:45pm – 3:15pm Sellers pick up unsold items.
3:30pm core team leaves site and drops equipment off at storage unit.
