The Big Push is a sponsored walk taking place at 2-4pm starting at Places Leisure Eastleigh on 21st March 2020 in
support of the NCT's national #HiddenHalf campaign. Through the #HiddenHalf campaign, the NCT is fighting for a
change to the six-week postnatal checks making sure that new mothers are not overlooked and that any mental health
problems get picked up sooner. Some of the money raised will also go to the Eastleigh and District Branch so that we
can support perinatal mental health issues in the local area.
The Big Push is a flagship event for NCT, to raise awareness about Post Natal Depression and is sponsored by Puddle
Ducks.

have no injuries that would prevent you from doing this.
