Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

There's a nip in the air, and it is time to start thinking about clearing out some space for the upcoming holidays! Have
no fear - once again NCT Lomond will be holding their popular annual Nearly New TOY Sale! A perfect chance to
make some room in your toy box and also pick up some lovely gifts at the same time. So please register early and
come along to support the sale.
Please note - this is a TOY Sale only. Come bag or sell a bargain! Only toys, books, puzzles, games, DVDs, CDs,
bikes, scooters, fancy dress, activity centres and jumperoos, doll houses, doll prams, lego, duplo, playmobil, mechano
etc..... will be available (no clothes or baby equipment).

REGISTRATION
There is a registration fee of £4 which is non-refundable even if you subsequently decide not to sell at the sale. If you
do decide that you do not wish to sell after registering, please do let us know at nns.lomond@nct.org.uk so that we know
not to expect you.
PLEASE NOTE - As this is a smaller venue to normal, we are only accepting a maximum of 40 sellers for this sale.
COMMISSION
• You will receive 70% of the sale price and the NCT takes 30% commission from all items sold. The money raised
goes towards supporting NCT at a local and national level.
• However, if you volunteer to help on the day of the sale (including set up/sale/clear up) NCT takes only 15%
commission from all items sold.
• High value items: The max NCT share is £15 (ie share is capped on prices over £50)
INSTRUCTIONS / LABELS
• A registration pack including full instructions and labels will be sent or delivered before the sale.
• If you require more labels, these can be purchased for £1.

DROP OFF / PICK UP
• This is a one day sale. Please bring your items on Saturday, November 23rd, between 8.30 – 9.30 am ONLY.
• Unsold items can be collected on Saturday, November 23rd between 12.15 - 12.30 pm. Sellers (or their nominated
person) will need to sign the “receipt of proceeds” form before any proceeds can be released. This can be done when
the unsold items are being collected. This applies to ALL sellers including those donating their unsold items to charity
(please note we cannot take large items to the charity shops - these will have to be collected by the seller).
• ALL items must be delivered in BOXES only - carrier bags/open crates etc will NOT be accepted.
