Thank you for your interest in helping at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 5^th October 2019 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

You can volunteer to help at the following sessions:

Friday Night - This shift is to support in setting up at the sale
venue. Heavy lifting is involved in setting up sale rails,
moving tables and preparing the space.

Early shift - This shift includes sorting goods for sale, the
volunteers' pre-sale, the sale itself and helping to start the
close down of the sale which can include helping in the back
office or sorting unsold items.

Late shift - This shift includes the volunteers' pre-sale, the
sale itself and close down which can include helping in the
back office, sorting unsold items and helping to clear tables
and other heavy items ready for storage. You will also have
the opportunity to purchase additional items in the
volunteers 50p sale at the end of close down.

All day shift - This is the all day shift which includes sorting
goods for sale, the volunteers' pre-sale, the sale itself and
close-down which can include helping in the back office or
sorting unsold items. You will also have the opportunity to
purchase additional items in the volunteers 50p sale at the
end of close down.

Storage - This shift is after the end of the sale helping to
move tables, rails and other heavy items ready to go to
storage. Then at our storage unit help move our supplies
from vehicles to the unit itself.

We are thankful for all you can do to help us with the sale.
We are all volunteers and love doing what we do to make this
and every sale a success.
If you are unable to volunteer for all of the time given in your
choose shifts please email us and explain or put it in the
notes. Or if you have a friend of family member who is willing
to do a shift for you to help you get a lower commission rate
if your a seller.
