With collection please be aware the clear up is a massive operation and we cannot guarantee what time
we will be finished, we always welcome the extra help if you arrive before we finish. Please note we only
have the hall until 3pm and endeavour to be out and locked up by 2.45pm.

If you know when you will be dropping off please could you tick the appropriate box when you register
so that we have an idea of how many volunteers we need each day, you are welcome to change your
mind nearer the time. If you don't know don't worry you can leave them both blank.

We will be collecting donations for charity as the end of the sale so if you don't wish to collect please tick
the box when you register so that we know what to donate on the day. Please note anyone who does
not confirm with us either on registration or when the drop off their goods that they are donating will be
expected to collect.

Anyone not collecting goods that we are not pre advised to be donated will have 50% of their takings
deducted. This is not something we do lightly however all the donations are picked up before the seller
collection and over the last few sales we have had a massive increase in items being left behind for us
to deal with and as volunteers this gives us a lot of extra work and extra stress on an already very busy
day.

You will automatically be assigned your previous seller number if you sold at our last sale, otherwise you
will be automatically allocated the lowest number available.

If possible please opt for a BACS payments as this means any money you make will automatically be
sent to you within 2 weeks of the sale. All information is held securely by NCT and is not accessible by
any of the volunteers. For anyone who does not wish to have a bank transfer a cheque will be posted
but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a date for this as it is done by NCT main office.

Once you have registered a sellers pack and your tickets will arrive by post.

If you would like your tickets for your sold items returned to you after the sale please add the return
ticket add on to your sign up There is a fee of £1 to cover the cost of postage and they will sent out to
you once counting has finished.

As always our sales cannot run without the help of our volunteers so please consider volunteering on
the day.

There are 3 slots available all are 3 hours : Friday 6.30pm-9.30pm and Saturday 8.30am-12noon
