The cost of registering to be a Seller is £8.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 20%.

• Sellers packs contain 50 tickets and tags to label your items, if you
wish to
purchase additional tickets you can add an extra 50 as an additional
item, this needs to be done at REGISTRATION and CANNOT be added
later.
• We only have 40 large packs available so as soon as these have
gone there will not be any more left to purchase.
• If you would like your sold ticket stubs back after the sale please
purchase this add one so we can post them back to you. This also
needs to be done at REGISTRATION and CANNOT be added later.
• The sale will be held on Saturday 14th September 2019, 11:00am –
1:00pm at Presdales School, Hoe Lane, Ware, SG12 9NX.
• Seller drop off is on Friday 13th September 8:00pm – 8:30pm.
You will receive your tickets and tags by the end of July.
• Collection of unsold items is between 2.30 and 3pm on the Saturday
afternoon.
(Please note that as we have had previous issues of sellers not
collecting unsold items, if you have not instructed us that you wish to
donate the items to the Foodbank then a £10 fee will be charged.)
• If you volunteer the commission that you pay will be reduced to 25%
for the morning volunteer shift and 20% for the all day volunteer shift.
Shifts are 9:00am – 1:00pm and 9:00am – 3:00pm.
• All volunteers are able to shop early before the sale to grab the
bargains (and it is really fun!)
• We can now pay sellers proceeds by BACS, if you prefer not to
provide
your bank details we can still pay you by cheque.
• Our Spring sale is for maternity, baby and children's clothes, toys and
equipment FOR UP TO THE AGE 10.
• More information can be found in your sellers pack which will be
posted to you along with your tickets and tags.
• Only one seller registration is permitted per household. If found to
be multi registering, we hold the rights to cancel your registration.
• Please note cancellations cannot be refunded!

Our last sale in March 2019 saw over 500 people through the
door in 2 hours so we are hoping that the Autumn sale will be even
bigger!
Seller registration (100 spaces) sold out in just over 2 hours so we
have added a final 10 - but once these have gone, we will be
completely full!
