Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 28th September 2019 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £4.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 35% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 25%.

Before registration please read the Seller's Pack that explains what to do and how the process works. The Pack also outlines the fees and
penalties for cancellation before the sale , failure to collect your goods after the sale or to turn up on the day to help or sell. THE PACK HAS
CHANGED FROM THE LAST SALE AND CONTAINS NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH YOU AGREE TO ON REGISTRATION.

IF YOU CANNOT HELP ON THE DAY FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR ANYTHING YOU SELL AT THE SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 35%
DONATION TO NCT. If you are able to help for at least an hour the commission rate is 25%. IF YOU ARRANGE TO HELP ON THE DAY
BUT DO NOT TURN UP WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE YOUR COMMISSION RATE IS INCREASED TO 50%.
Pre-printed labels and safety pins can be purchased. Alternatively you can print your own labels from the template we will send you - after
registration we will notify your of your seller number and the colour of card to print your tickets on. Please note pre-printed labels may take a
week or so to deliver if you register early on. The cost of printed labels includes a £1.50 postage/hand delivery charge.
To thank our volunteers they will be entitled to an exclusive pre-sale shopping session from 10am to 11am. This is not open to sellers who
are non-volunteers.
When completing the helper registration form if you are able to stay and help for more than the one hour minimum. Please tick all the hours
you wish to volunteer for eg if you wish to help for whole sale tick 11-12 and 12-1pm. Please ensure you complete this otherwise we will
assume you wish to take 35% commission rate.
