The photographer that we will be using for this event is Liam Walsh of Whitebox Photography. He is an experienced professional children's photographer who regularly works on events of this kind. He has a clear advanced DBS check and is also first aid trained. Any queries, concerns or special requests regarding the photo shoot, can be directed to Liam on liam.whitebox@gmail.com

The address of our venue for this event is: Vicars Cross Scout Hut, off Thackeray Drive, Vicars Cross, Chester CH3 5LP.
(The car park entrance is on Thackeray Drive. The building is at the north east side of the playing fields, which is approached via a path from the car park by the community center)

Each photo session will last approximately 10 minutes for child only shoots or 15 minutes for family shoots and we will do our utmost to keep to a strict schedule (though as we know small children can be unpredictable!). As such we ask you to turn up in plenty of time for your slot and to please be patient with us if there are small delays.

The price includes 16 different edited digital images (all copyright free) and one A4 print of your choice. £9-£14 from each slot is going directly to fund the activities of NCT locally and nationally in supporting parents.

Alongside the Spring Photo Shoot event, we are doing some Easter Crafts. Crafts will be available to decorate on the day between 9.30am and 4.30pm. You can choose between 4 different crafts to decorate. Two wooden photo frames, one which is a rectangle frame which fits a standard 6”x4” photo. The other is a funky flower scene that incorporates 2 photos. There is also a 9cm egg shaped ceramic trinket box or a 10cm x 9cm x 5cm wooden basket available to decorate. We will provide all necessary craft materials including paints, glitter and embellishments. Disposable aprons will be provided to protect your child's clothes (but please note you may wish to bring an old top just in case!). All crafts must be pre-booked prior to the day.

There is no age restrictions on who attend and decorate, so whether it’s a cute baby's hand print keepsake for the grandparents, a ten year old decorating a trinket box, or a Dad decorating a lovely basket to fill with goodies for Mum. The event, as all our events are, is open to everyone.
