Thank you for signing up to volunteer at our sale. We have made some changes so please do read them carefully
before signing up to volunteer.
Volunteers will be expected to sign in and out on the day at the volunteer registration desk. Volunteers who are selling
will pay 20% commission rather than the standard 25%.
An all day shift is 8am-4:30pm. All day volunteers will be able to shop in our pre-sale 5 mins before it opens to other
volunteers.
If you are unable to stay for the duration of the shifts advertised please email Jane on NNS.warwickshire-
central@nct.org.uk with your availability and we will be able to find a suitable task for you on the day.
We have the following roles available:
Box room - Sorting seller boxes and bags
Reject Table - Labelling rejected items, quality control of both sale rooms.
Clear up volunteer - Clearing up rooms, putting items back into seller boxes
Green Bag volunteer - Handing out bags to buyers and collecting the shopping bags from tills o
Cake stall volunteer - Looking after the cake stall, making refreshments. taking donations
Heavy item lifter - Moving tables back into classrooms, lifting boxes from back room to van pick up point
Queue Buster - Helping buyers find an available queue, showing the exit and carrying items to the tills as needed

Back room Label counting - Seated role: Counting seller tickets
Large equipment volunteer - Setting out and helping buyers with pushchairs and large furniture items F
Chip & Pin Volunteer - This role will involve sitting at a desk processing the chip and pin payments during the sale and
general helping out prior and after the sale.
Cashier - This role involves working with another person, adding up purchases and bagging them. Taking cash
payment or directing to chip and pin volunteer.
Main Hall volunteer Saturday -Setting up main hall, tidying after pre-sale and sorting after main sale
Book Hall -Set up sale room, tidy after pre-sale and sort items after sale
Toy hall volunteer - Set up sale room, tidy after pre-sale and sort items after sale
General Floater Help out where needed on day
Quality Control - Making sure items are of good quality
