Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 11th May 2019 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £5.00.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
The Nearly New Sale will be taking place at Union Church, Weston Park, Crouch End N8 9TA on 11th May
2019.
Please note that this sale will be held in the early afternoon, 12:30pm-2pm, and all items will need to be set up at
12:00pm (finish by 12:30pm when doors open) on the day, and collected between 2pm and 2:30pm on the day.
The £5 deposit needs to be paid online by entering your card details when completing your registration. Your
registration is only complete when you have paid the deposit, until then there is no space reserved for you.
You will be automatically attributed a seller number which will be the lowest available number. Sellers from the last 3
sales will retain their seller's numbers. If you have sold with us before, please make sure you register with exactly the
same personal details (first and last names, not shorter or longer version, maiden / married names) or the system will
allocate you a new number.
Please opt for payment of your sale by BACS where possible. All information is held securely on this site - bank
information is not viewable by the brand volunteers. Payment by cheque costs NCT more in time, postage and
stationery.
BACS payments will usually reach your account within 4 weeks after the sale. We cannot guarantee the arrival of
cheques but they usually take longer to arrive than BACS payments.
You will receive a seller's pack after registration that tells you how to prepare for the sale. The up-to-date list of items
that can and can't be sold can be viewed in our Nearly New Sales Principles in

Please note that following recent reviews we cannot accept sleep positioners at the sale, including Sleepyheads, or cot
bumpers.

Please consider volunteering to help on the day - preferably all day from 10:30am onwards however shorter shifts can
be arranged.
Our sales are only a success and keep running because of our wonderful helpers. To say thank you, volunteers are
entitled to shop before the sale in a limited window and get free coffee and cake on the day. We are in particular need
of helpers after the sale to help with the clearing up. Helpers will see their sale commission to NCT reduced to 25%. To
get your discounted commission, please make sure you register as a volunteer by emailing Sam at
events.haringey@nct.org.uk or during your registration on Intrabiz.
Please check any emails sent to you to ensure that you are correctly registered. If you don't receive any emails from
us, please check your spam folder. If you still have no email 4 weeks before the sale, please get in touch via

Unfortunately the online registration system does not hold a waiting list. If you are interested in registering but the sale
is already fully booked, please contact nns.haringey@nct.org.uk
