Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 30th March 2019 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £4.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

General Information
The Sale will be held on Saturday 30th March 2019 – opening at 11.00am for NCT Members (with a valid membership card) and 11:30am for the general public. Last entry will be 1pm.

Seller Drop-Off for all items is Friday 29th March 2019, between 10:00am - 6:00pm at North Notts Arena, Eastgate, Worksop, S80 1QJ. Please note drop-off is not permitted on sale day.Tickets from sold items will not be available for collection on the day. They can be posted to you; you must specify this on the seller’s sign in sheet when you drop your items off.

Seller Pick-Up for unsold items is Saturday 30th March 2019 at 3:30pm. You will be required to check the reject table when you enter the Arena to collect your unsold items in case any of your items were rejected and not entered in to the sale.
NB. Items can only be brought to two sales; if not sold within two sales please do not try and sell the item again.

Seller’s Number
There is an online registration system (Intrabiz) which will send you a registration confirmation email - this will contain a NEW Seller Number and a seller’s pack. Please note: we cannot be held responsible if you use the wrong seller number (all money is allocated via the seller number).

Items for Sale
Each seller can sell a maximum of 216 items.
Items can be sold for ages between 0-10 years. Items can include: Clothing; Toys; DVD’s; CD’s; Books; Equipment; Nursery; Maternity; Footwear; and Electrical Items (with a current PAT Certificate). Please ensure all battery-operated items are in full working order and do not contain leaked batteries.

ITEMS UNSUITABLE FOR SALE (as directed by NCT UK Office)
To highlight one or two changes we are unable to sell cot bumpers and second-hand bottles.

Please click the link and scroll down to Related Documents where you will find guidance on what we can and can’t sell. There is also a document about slings; if you are selling a sling please read this document carefully as you will have to attach some information to your sling to allow it to be entered in to the sale.

Labels
There are NEW Spring Sale Labels and seller numbers. After registration, please follow the link in your registration confirmation email to print off the labels with your newly allocated seller’s number. Please follow the step-by-step guide on how to print off your labels.
NB. Items will not be accepted which are not labelled with the NEW Spring Sale Labels or where labelling instructions have not been followed. Please make yourself familiar with the labelling instructions, these have been updated and are very comprehensive.

Money
70% of the sale price for all your sold items will be sent via BACS transfer to your bank account within 14 days of the sale. Money is allocated via sellers’ numbers. We will not be held responsible if the incorrect seller numbers are used.
Unsold items must be collected on the day of the sale at 3:30pm. If you wish, you can donate your unsold items to our nominated charity directly after the sale which will save you having to attend the Arena to collect your unsold items. We may use some of the donated items in our local activities, resell them at our next sale (with full proceeds going to the NCT) or give them to a local charity.

Volunteering
It would not be possible to run the Nearly New Sales without our team of fabulous volunteers – it is great fun and you get to meet some wonderful people!
