Thank you for volunteering! The sale can't happen without your support.
As a guide, the sale has been split into sessions so that we can assign tasks and gauge who will be there at the
critical times. However, this doesn't mean that you cannot stay longer or slightly shorter than shifts stated above.
Please choose a shift that is most convenient for you, and please don't hesitate to enlist partners/family for this part of
the sale!
Are you volunteering and selling?
If you have items to sell, please bring your items into the hall after we have set up tables. Please note that it is your
responsibility to make sure that we know you are a seller and a volunteer so we can calculate the correct commission.
When you register as a seller via our online registration, you will be asked to tick a box if you are volunteering at the
sale.
Remember pre-shop for sale volunteers is 10.00am on the day of the sale.
