Due to a change in our volunteering team, ticket sales for trade stalls and advertising leaflets will not go on sale until
one month before the sale. Please follow our facebook page to be notified or request to be added to our mailing list.
Our sales are well attended, with in excess of 500 customers through the doors.
Entry begins at 10.15am for NCT members, and 10.30am for the general public, and the sale closes at 1pm on
April 7th 2019 in the LC Swansea.
Trade stalls are grouped together after customers pass through our tills, with a few stationed around the entrance to
the sale. Stalls are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We offer goody bags to the first 300 customers to pass through our tills, with samples of baby-related products and
advertising leaflets from local and national companies. We welcome samples to be added at no charge to our goody
bags, please email Beth at swanseadistrictnct@gmail.com for further information. Leaflets or flyers can be added at a
cost of £20 for 150 leaflets, or £35 for 300 leaflets.
Please email the above address before you book a trade stall, to ensure that we do not have two similar businesses
(for example, two Usborne book sellers) competing for business.

The safety of everyone attending our sales is our number one priority. Please do not attend the sale if you have COVID symptoms or are self-isolating.
By sharing attendee information with the NHS and tracing services when requested, we can help identify people who have been exposed to coronavirus and help trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive. By registering you agree to your data being shared, if it is requested.
Once you have confirmed your place you will receive an email containing important information. This information will help keep you and everyone at the sale safe. Please make sure you read and follow the guidance carefully.
