The cost of registering to be a Seller is £8.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 20%.

Registering online here to be a seller at the above sale means you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Selling costs £3.50 for unlimited Printable and 50 Posted tickets.
The £8.50 you see above (& that you will be charged) INCLUDES A £5 DEPOSIT. *if you attend this sale and wish to
have the deposit refunded please get in touch after the sale so we can process this otherwise it will be donated to the
charity*
Please note that the registration fee is non refundable.
The deposit is non refundable if you change your mind/are unable to sell at the event.
If you need us to print & Post your tickets each set of 50 labels costs £3.50 (but the £5 deposit is only incurred once)
* If you use 50 tickets, you may use up to 20 as clothes tickets (up to 5 of which may be bundles).
* If you use 100 tickets, you may use up to 40 as clothes tickets (up to 10 of which may be bundles).
* If you use 150 tickets, you may use up to 60 as clothes tickets (up to 15 of which may be bundles).

In order to sell at our sale, you will need to register on here.
There is limited space for sellers (120 maximum) and numbers are allocated on a first come first served basis

You cannot sell at our sale without having registered on here.
Registration will close when spaces are sold out or one week before the sale as there would then be insufficient time
for us to post you your labels and you to have time to label your items.
If you have not registered before, this is a two step process as they will need to verify your email address.
Once you have paid you will receive a confirmation email. Replying to that email contacts me, the volunteer in charge
of the sellers, please feel free to ask me questions.
Please also click on the link you receive in that email as it then shows you your seller number.
Your tickets will then be posted out to you, usually within a week of registering.

Payment will be by BACS for sellers.
We will let you know how much you have sold and what your takings will be asap after the sale then the
payment will be transferred to your designated account 3 weeks after the sale.
We need over 80 volunteers to run the sales, please consider volunteering your time to help us run the
sale efficiently.
Last sale we had quite a few volunteers not show up which left us short handed. The saying 'Many
hands makes light work' is never truer than at a NCT Nearly New Sale. The more people we have, the
better we run!
Usual Info:
Sellers need to be able to bring goods between 8:15am and 9am on Saturday 8th June 2019. (Not
before 8:15 please as we aren't ready yet, and any sellers arriving after 9 run the risk of their goods not being
put out for sale)
Sale will take place between 12 and 2pm (early entry for members at 11:45am).
Sellers must return at 4pm to collect unsold goods NO EARLIER. Any items left behind at 4:30pm will be donated to a
charity. (A local charity who give items to families in need will be there to take any donations at this time)
