The cost of registering to be a Seller is £2.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 25% donation to NCT.
Thank you for your interest in registering for the Huddersfield NCT Nearly New Sale. The Sale will be taking place on
Saturday 11th March 2017 at the Sikh Leisure Centre/Apna Venue Ltd, Prospect Street, Springwood, Huddersfield HD1
2NX from 10.30am-12 noon.
We have a Seller's Pack which you can look through prior to registering to confirm details of how the sale operates.

Our registration process is an on-line system so we will be taking the £2.50 administration fee at the beginning when you
register your details and the 25% donation to NCT will be deducted from your sales proceeds.
Please opt for payment by BACS directly into your bank account where possible, this reduces time and admin and will
save you a trip to the bank! All information is held securely on this site - bank information is not viewable by branch
volunteers.
PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION:
When you register you will be asked to provide your:
• Name, address, email and contact telephone number
• You will then be sent a link to your registered email address
• YOU MUST CLICK ON THIS LINK TO REGISTER - WITHOUT THIS REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE
• From this link you will be taken to a page to check your details, provide your bank details and also request/be
allocated a seller number – this is particularly important for previous sellers who would like to keep their number
• You will also be asked if you would like to volunteer to help with the Sale
• You will then be able to pay the £2.50 registration fee
• You will receive an immediate confirmation of registration by email. This will include a link to take you to a page where
you can check the details that you have registered and change them if you need to. It also provides a reminder of your
seller number for labelling your items
Once you have registered please check your emails to ensure that you are correctly registered. If you do not receive an
email please check your spam folder. If you are unable to locate this email please get in touch with the Nearly New Sale

The closing date for seller registration is Thursday 9th March 2017.
Please consider volunteering to help on the day – we need support from 8:00am-1:00pm to set up, run the sale and clear
up afterwards. Our sales are only a success and keep running because of our wonderful helpers. To say thank you,
volunteers are entitled to shop before the sale officially opens to the public. When you register you will be asked to
confirm if you are interested in volunteering. We will then email you with further information.
