The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 35% donation to NCT.
This Toys and Equipment Nearly New Sale is taking place on Saturday 22nd March 2017 2pm – 3.30pm at King’s Hall School, Kingston Road, Taunton, TA2 8AA.
Seller Registration is now fully electronic, using this national NCT online registration system.
REGISTRATION: Once you have registered, your details are saved securely so that registration for future sales is very simple. An admin fee of £3.50 is payable at the time of registration, which is used to cover the cost of the venue, postage of the labels, and the labels themselves. If you sell at both of our Spring Sales, (this one and our Clothing Sale on 25.03.17) we will refund £2.50 of your registration fee for this sale. Following registration, please check your emails (including spam folder) as you will receive an automated email confirming your registration has been successful.
PAYMENT: Sellers will be paid via BACS direct into your bank account, and you are asked for your banking details as part of the registration process. A payment for the value of the goods you sell, minus the NCT 35%, will be with you within 2 weeks of the sale. Please only opt for BACS payment during the registration process as we will only be able to issue cheques in exceptional circumstances. Cheques are issued by NCT HQ and so there will be a delay in issuing and receiving cheque payments.
Once we receive confirmation that you have completed registration we will email you our Sellers Info Guide, get your 100 seller labels posted to you and will confirm your seller number – regular returning sellers will be allocated their usual seller number.
IF YOU NEED LABLES IN ANY OTHER DENOMINATION THAN 100, OR ARE A RETURNING SELLER NEEDING NO ADDITIONAL LABELS, YOU MUST EMAIL US SEPERATELY TO LET US KNOW. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LABELS PER SELLER IS 200.
VOLUNTEERING AT THE SALE: We are grateful to all of you who help on the day - a big thank you - we couldn’t do it without you! As an incentive, anyone who volunteers to help at the Sale will have the opportunity to begin browsing before the doors open to the public, allowing volunteers to go straight to the tills when they open. Please don’t forget to indicate your willingness to volunteer during registration.
