Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 11th March 2017 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £2.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 20%.

The next Fareham NCT Nearly New Sale will take place at Titchfield Community Centre, Mill Street, Titchfield, PO14 4AB
on Saturday 11th March 2017 at 10am (9:45 entry for NCT members).

For those who have sold before - everything about the sale is the same as normal except that registration is now done online so that payments can be done by BACS (bank transfer) straight into your own account rather than by us sending you a cheque. This change has come in from NCT Head office and all branches must run their Sales this same way.

The cost of registering to be a seller is £2 (which is non-refundable). Shortly after you have registered we will email you your sellers pack with all the labels etc (please allow a few days!).

Anything you sell on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT, which helps us to continue our work locally and nationally to support parents-to-be and new parents.

Please consider volunteering to help on the day. We cannot run our sale without our wonderful helpers - so to express our thanks, all volunteers are entitled to two great benefits (1) to be subject to a 20% donation instead of 30%, and (2) to shop for items before the general public. The volunteer timeslots are Early (07:20am - 09:00am), Middle (09:30am - 11:30am), Late (11:00am - 13:00pm), All Day (07:20am-13:00pm)

Most importantly, before registering please pop to https://www.nct.org.uk/branches/fareham-district/nearly-new-sales and click on 'related documents' to read the sellers guidelines which explains how the sale works, how you need to label your items and what can/cannot be sold (all the same as previous years).

Things to note:
(1) Please opt for payment by BACS where possible. All information is held securely on this site - bank information is not viewable by branch volunteers. Payment by cheque costs NCT more in time, postage and stationery. It will also save you a trip to the bank!
(2) Please fully read the seller guidelines (see above, on our website) before submitting this registration form. Submission of this form will be taken as an acceptance of the guidelines and disclaimers.
(3) Please note that we only have limited seller places and once we have reached our limit the online registration will automatically close.

(5) All payments will be made within 14 working days from the close of the sale, Bacs payments are made from head office on a Friday with cleared funds in accounts the following Tuesday. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the breakdown of your payment.
(6)Any quires must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your Bacs confirmation email being sent out.
(7) Tickets will only be returned to you if a self address envelope is provided.
(8) In the event of multiple numbers being issued for multiple packs these payments will be made seperatly to you as opposed to combined as previous sales.
