Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Sunday 19th March 2017 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £3.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

The sale is open from 10.30am-12.30pm (10am priority entry for NCT members) on Sunday 19th March 2017.

Once you have registered you will receive a seller's guide that explains what to do and how the process works.You will also receive a template for printing your labels, all items must be labelled before you bring them to the sale.

Please consider volunteering to help on the day. We cannot run our sale without our team of helpers - to express our thanks, all volunteers are entitled to an exclusive pre-sale shopping session and the registration fee of £3.00 will be refunded (after the sale).

Shortly after you have completed your registration you will be emailed with confirmation of your seller number. As soon as you have received a seller number, you are confirmed as a seller on the day of the sale. Please enter your bank details when requested and you will be paid by BACS after the sale.

Please note that by completing this registration you are accepting the terms and conditions of
our sale as laid out below:

Terms and Conditions:

• The registration fee is £3.00. This will be refunded if you volunteer to help at the sale.
• Proceeds from the sale will be split 70% to you and 30% to the NCT which goes towards the charity’s work supporting local mums and dads, preparing them for birth and early parenthood. www.nct.org.uk
• Drop off is at the Clarke Foley centre on SATURDAY 18th between 6pm and 6.30pm. NO items will be accepted after 7pm.
• Sellers should put out their articles, there should be plenty of help available. We have separate rooms for toys/books and clothing/ equipment.
• Collection of unsold items is between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on SUNDAY. You must collect your un-sold items, we currently do not have any arrangement to donate unsold items to charity.
• Sellers should help sort through the unsold items at the end of the sale. We have found this is much quicker than just trying to find your own items.
• Whilst we do our best to provide reasonable security at sales, all items are left at the venue at the seller’s risk. NCT accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused to goods for sale.
