Selling your Nearly New Items:

•All pitches need to be booked and paid for in advance online and pitches are allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis. The
earlier you book, the more likely you are to get a pitch which is closest to the entrance.

•The Sale will run as a Table-Top Sale where by each seller pays to hire a pitch. The seller is responsible for selling their own goods and
retains all monies made on the day. You will need to provide your own cash float and we will be unable to give you change.

•As the seller, you are legally responsible and liable for any items sold. Please clearly label each item you intend to sell with your seller
number and price. This is very important for your buyers as it acts very much like a receipt where a buyer has the right to contact you if
they feel that they have been misled about an item that they have bought. i.e broken or missing parts.

•Please make a note of your booking reference code in your confirmation email at the time of booking as this forms part of your seller
number. Your booking reference code will look similar to 315/P2/68. To find out your seller number, you need to note down the last digit or
two after the second forward slash in the reference code. For instance, if the reference code in your confirmation email was 315/P2/68,
your seller number would be 68.

•To prevent trip hazards, all sellers are required to ensure that their items do not encroach into the aisle when placed on the floor. You may
use the floor space in front of your table but this should not exceed the length of an A4 piece of paper (approx 30cm). We would appreciate
your full cooperation if you are asked to remove any items.

•We will not have a designated ‘Large Item’ area on the day. You can pay for extra space to sell 2 large items only. You can sell smaller
large Items at your pitch without buying extra space. Smaller ‘Large Items’ can be stored under your table as long as they do not take up
any more room than 1.7m long and 0.6m high. You must store these items under your table so that they do not obstruct the aisles. Please
do not store these smaller large Items behind your table as this may cause a trip hazard for other sellers.

•You must bring your own rail and hangers if you purchase a rail space.

•We do not provide any tablecloths.

•If, after booking and paying for your pitch, you are unable to attend the sale the NCT reserves the right to retain your pitch fee unless a
replacement seller can be found. We do however make every effort to refund you.
