| Morning Volunteer session including early bird shopping- At least 4 hrs given across the day refunds your £2 seller fee | Saturday 15th October 2016 (Sale Day) | 08:00 to 12:00 | These session timings are for guidance only. Please don't worry if you can't make the exact timings! The £2 seller registration fee will be refunded (after the sale) to those sellers who give 4 or more hours volunteer time across the sale day, including the set up time 3:15pm - 5pm on Friday 14th to help set up the hall. We really need volunteers 8am -11:30 t0 help set up on the day, then especially during the sale time 11:30 - 2pm to man tills and help shoppers, and finally after the sale 2pm - 5pm to help tidy up and get all the seller's items back to them in good time! Come along and help a local charity- its the perfect excuse for a fun day away from the kids. We reward our volunteers with tea, coffee, cake and pizza after the sale, plus volunteers who give 4 or more hours get into the early bird shopping time from 10:30am, before the sale is open to the general public.Get your pick of the bargains and sign up to volunteer! | |
