Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 25th February 2017.

The cost of registering to be a Seller is 2.50.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT. If you volunteer to help this will be reduced to 25%.

The following registration add-ons are available:

We are now using a centralised system, whereby the sellers registration fee (admin fee) of £2.50 is payable upfront. This
fee is non-refundable unless the labels have not been sent out. The registration fee will include 100 labels, which will be
sent out to you once registration is complete. Additional labels are charged at increments of 50p per 50 labels and there
is no maximum number of labels that can be purchased. Additional labels can be requested at the time of registration or
at a later stage by contacting the Nearly New Sale coordinator by email. However, labels can only be requested up until
10 days before the sale, i.e. the last date they can be requested is Wednesday 15th February and they will incur a
further charge which will be payable before the labels are posted. After this date requests for additional labels will not be

The Nearly New Sale will be held at Derby Moor Community Sports College, Moorway Lane, Littleover, Derby, DE23 2FS.

Once we have received your registration fee, you will be sent an email by the Nearly New Sale Coordinator which will
confirm your seller number and will include the sellers pack. Please ensure that you read the sellers pack as it contains all
the information you will need prior to the sale.

Seller payment's after the sale are now carried out centrally by NCT head office. Payment by BACS is preferred due to
the ease in which it can be carried out and the speed in which the payment will be received. All information is held
securely and your bank information is not viewable by branch volunteers.

BACS payments are normally sent on Fridays so dependant on timings, payments will arrive in your bank account within
3 weeks of the sale. Payments of cheques will usually take longer to arrive than BACS payments as cheques are not
generated as frequently by head office.

Please consider volunteering for our sale. Volunteers benefit from access to the Pre-sale (before the doors open) and will
be charged a reduced commission fee of 25% instead of 30% if the specific criteria is met (6 hours on the Friday evening
and Saturday or just on the Saturday). We kindly ask that you volunteer for as long as you are able to as in order for the
sale to be a success we need as many volunteers as possible. During the registration process you can confirm your
interest to volunteer and indicate the times that you would be available.
