Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 1st October 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £2.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
General Info
There is a Pre-Registration Seller’s Fee of £2.50. Plus, all items sold on the day are subject to a 30% donation to the NCT. The Sale will be held on Saturday 1st October 2016. The Sale will open at 11:30am and close at 1:00pm. NCT members will be permitted to enter from 11:00am.
The Seller Drop-Off for all items is Friday 30th September 2016, between 10:00am-8:00pm ONLY at North Notts Arena, Eastgate, Worksop.
The Seller Pick-Up for all unsold items is Saturday 1st October between 3:00pm-3:45pm. You will also collect your sold tickets at this time.
NB. Items can only be brought to two sales; if not sold within two sales please do not try and sell the item again.
Seller’s Number
The online registration system (Intrabiz) will allocate a NEW Seller Number which you will receive via your registration confirmation email. A seller’s pack will also be attached to your registration confirmation email. (You will no longer be sent one in the post).
Items for Sale
There is a maximum of 210 items per seller. Items can be sold for ages between 0-10 years. Items can include: Clothing; Toys; DVD’s; CD’s; Books; Equipment; Nursery; Maternity; Footwear; and Electrical Items (with a current PAT Certificate).
NB. Items not suitable for sale will be listed in the Sellers Pack which will be attached to your registration confirmation email.
Labels
There are NEW Autumn Sale Labels to use. After registration, please follow the link in your registration confirmation email to print off the labels with your newly allocated seller’s number. Please follow the step-by-step guide on how to print off your labels.
NB. We cannot accept items which are not labelled with your NEW Autumn Sale Labels or labelled as per the instructions.
Money
You will receive 70% of the item’s sale price via BACS transfer directly into your bank account within 14 days. You will collect your sold tickets when you collect any unsold items on the day of the sale. If you are donating all unsold items and not collecting after the sale, please pre-arrange for your sold tickets to be sent to you by e-mailing nns.bassetlaw@nct.org.uk

It would not be possible to run these Nearly New Sales without our team of fabulous volunteers. If you would like to volunteer for the Autumn Sale please email nns.bassetlaw@nct.org.uk. If you have never volunteered before it is great fun and you get to meet some wonderful people.
