Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 15th October 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .
The cost of registering to be a Seller is £2.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 20% donation to NCT.

You will be automatically assigned a seller number; if you have registered with us before, you will retain your number-
please get in touch with us if this causes a problem.
Please opt for payment by BACS where possible as this save us bank charges. All information is held securely on this
site and bank information is not viewable to branch volunteers. BACS payments will arrive faster than cheques and save
our volunteers time and NCT money.
You will receive a sellers pack by email soon after registration that tells you what to do next and how the process works.
NOTE: We have new timing for this sale:
Seller drop off will be Friday 14th October 19:30-20:00 (if you are unable to make this time please let us kno ASAP)
Sale time Saturday 15th October 11:00-13:00 (Non-NCT members entry 11.15)
Seller pick up Saturday 15th Ocotber 15:30-16:00
We have 120 seller spaces and sellers will be required to volunteer during the sale. There are 30 non-volunteer seller
spaces which are available on a first come first serve basis. Please consider volunteering to help on the day of the sale;
the event can only run thanks to our wonderful helpers. As a thank-you for helping our volunteers are entitled to early
access to the sale.
We need volunteers for the following slots:
Friday: 18.30 - 22.00 ( for setting up, moving tables, signage, clothing rails and Seller drop off)
Saturday: 9.00 - 11.00 (Set up)
Saturday: 13:00 - 15:00 (clear up including items sorting and table moving)
Saturday: 9.00 - 15:00 (Set up, sale and clear up including items sorting and table moving)
Note: 6 hours of volunteering will allow access to the pre-sale (10.15am on Saturday) as a thank you! This can be full
time on the Saturday or split between Friday night and a Saturday shift. You can share the volunteer role with your other
half/another family member and yourself i.e. one doing Friday night and the other doing Saturday.
As a seller you will be emailed the volunteer form, if you have ticked the volunteering tick box or have not received one
of the 30 non-volunteer seller spaces.
