The cost of registering to be a Seller is £2.50.
Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.
The Sale will be taking place at Moira Village Hall, Ashby Road, Moira, DE12 6DP
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR SELLERS AND VOLUNTEERS IS A
TWO STAGE PROCESS. YOU WILL BE SENT AN AUTOMATED EMAIL WHICH YOU
MUST CLICK ON THE LINK IN THE EMAIL TO FINISH YOUR REGISTRATION.
Once you have registered, you will automatically be sent your Seller number, this number will change with every sale,
so please note your new seller number. There will be a follow on email containing the Sellers pack. This pack contains
ALL the information you need as a seller, e.g. timings for the day and payment details.
Payment by BACS is available, all information is held securely on this site – bank information is not viewable by branch
volunteers. BACS payments are normally sent on the Friday following the sale and arrive in your bank account on the
following Tuesday, but may take up to three weeks. We cannot guarantee the arrival of cheques but they will usually
take longer to arrive than BACS payments, as they are now sent directly from Head Office, (plus BACS will save you a
trip to the bank!)
We need as many volunteers as possible to be able to run the sale, and there is a new Volunteer (Helper) registration
system, to make volunteering easier. Please consider volunteering on sale day and/or the evening before the sale. Not
only do volunteers who help from 8am – 2pm get pre-sale entry into the sale but they also get a reduced commission on
their sales. Our sales are only a success and keep running because of our wonderful helpers.
Once you have entered your details on the seller registration system it will then send you an automated email. YOU MUST THEN CLICK ON THE LINK IN THIS EMAIL TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION. WE WILL NOT GET YOUR REGISTRATION IF YOU DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK.
You will receive a separate email with a Volunteer registration link if you have requested to
