Thank you for your interest in becoming a Seller at our Nearly New Sale on Saturday 8^th October 2016 (0am to 0am) to be held at .

The cost of registering to be a Seller is £6.00.

Anything you sell at the sale on the day will be subject to a 30% donation to NCT.

The following registration add-ons are available:

Extra 100 tickets	An additional 100 labels will be added to your seller pack so you can sell 100 more items	£6.00
Extra 50 tickets	An additional 50 labels will be added to your seller pack so you can sell 100 more items	£4.00

SELLER REGISTRATION - PLEASE NOTE THAT SELLER PLACES WILL NOW ONLY BE RELEASED IF YOU
ARE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER FOR -

SATURDAY 8AM To 2.30PM
or
SATURDAY 10AM until 4.30PM
or
6.5hrs SPLIT BETWEN THE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
or
3.5hrs AT AGREEMENT WITH THE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR (Previous sellers only, no discounted seller
commission)

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER AND WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER AS A SELLER PLEASE EMAIL
KATHERINE AT NNS.NORTHBEDS@NCT.ORG.UK SO A SPACE CAN BE RELEASED. PLEASE ALSO SELECT
THE OPTION TO VOLUNTEER WHEN YOU REGISTER AS A SELLER OR YOUR REGISTRATION MAY BE
CANCELLED.

PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE SOME DELAY IN RELEASING A SPACE WHILST YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS ARE
AGREED. PLEASE BEAR WITH US.

Once you have registered you will receive a seller's pack (containing a letter and 100 labels) that explains what to do
and how the process works.

Please consider volunteering to help on the day. We cannot run our sale without our wonderful helpers - so to express
our thanks, all volunteers are entitled to our exclusive pre-sale shopping session and discounted commission rate of

Shortly after you have completed your registration you will receive by post confirmation of your seller number along with
your labels. Please note that by completing this registration you are accepting the terms and conditions of our sale as
laid out in the sellers guidance downloadable from:

All sellers agree to leave their items at their own risk and understand that if they have not collected their unsold goods
by 4.30pm they will be disposed of. All sellers also accept that any items price below £1 will be counted as a donation
to the branch and that they will not be paid for these items.
